Our Process
Uniformed Valet Provides Reliable Nightly Trash Pickup
We collect bagged trash directly from each doorstep and takes it to the dumpster five to seven nights per week.

Pickups begin at the scheduled time—typically around 8:00 PM on designated service nights.

Residents should place their designated trash container outside their door shortly before collection begins.

Containers must be brought back indoors by 9:00 AM the next morning.
Clean Communities
Before finishing their route, we check common areas and pet waste stations to ensure everything is clean and in order.

Understanding Our Services
As a resident in a community serviced by DoorBin Trash Valet, you’ll receive a branded trash bin at the start of service or upon move-in.
Depending on your property’s service plan, our trained valet team will collect your trash right from your doorstep 5 to 7 nights a week, following the community’s specific guidelines.
Typical collection rules include:

Limit of 2 bags per night

Cardboard must be broken down

No loose trash

Bags must be out by the designated collection time

All bags should be tied and free of rips or leaks

No oversized or bulk items

Each bag should not exceed 15 pounds

Trash must be placed inside the provided container
